Should I drop EES and do 10 units?

Personally, I hear of so many people doing well with just 10 units of study. There seems to be such a stigma around doing 10 units. If you want to drop the subject and you're confident in the other 10, do so.

    Graphs question

I get what you mean, this question doesn't require any work, mostly intuitive thinking. But its good to get into the habit of finding the domain and range through working, and drawing the graph is a good way of doing this.d

    Graphs question

I'm not sure, but if you were to plot the function y = |x+1|, then reflect it along the x axis, you should find the domain is all real x and range all real y

    HSC Journey Journal

I go to a public school, so I don't really know how conservative catholic school teachers are. I also read somewhere once that writing about sexuality is a difficult concept to convey properly, and that most of the time is done rather poorly. That said, anything done well is good.

    Organising sheets and things

I use a binder/folder/other objects of organisation not requiring glue and i haven't looked back. I look across the classroom, see everybody pasting sheets into their book and think "not sure if kindergarten or HSC"

Which part of the syllabus should I write notes on?

I think broadly; Students learn about -----> Content (So make notes) Students learn to ----> Skills (So practice questions)

    Effects of globalisation???????????????

Oh, I might be completely and utterly wrong in my interpretation, but I understood it to mean "Effects of Globalisation on Economic Development", as that whole section of the Global Economy syllabus refers to the new nature of economic growth and development in the globalized economy. I'm not...

Where to find the scaling of HSC subjects?

http://www.matrix.edu.au/scaling-of-hsc-marks-part-2/ You can use the link above to rank the scalings of your respective subjects, but it compares scaled mark to percentile in the whole NSW cohort of the subject. This is from 2010, but you can still use it to approximate the scaling of your...

More Free Periods in Year 12?

Without being a technical prick, doesn't 2U count as part of my 4U of maths at the moment. Hence, 3U and 4U account for 2U at the moment.

    Revisiting COmplex Numbers

So to study (because I reasoned I should do something) I did all the complex number questions for HSC exams in past 10 years. Give that a go, I feel even more confident with complex numbers now. There are lots of geometrical representation questions in the past papers

    Revisiting COmplex Numbers

I felt the same way about complex, I was like "this is my shit" so I wasn't very motivated to study

More Free Periods in Year 12?

Stop being a bad bitch, he wants to know now How many units do you have brah? If 12, probably no free periods sorry. I have 12, but 2 units are before school so i have frees during the day. I dunno if that '120 hours' thing is a guide, schools operate differently
