How Much Study Should You Do Every Night?

Should've, but didn't. I'm pleased with what I achieved. Again, the time that is spent is not what matters, but the quality. 1 hour of quality revision is much better than 3 hours of wasted revision. Figure out the form of study that works for you, then plan your study habits around the best way...

    questions

It is possible to do iii) without having to find the roots of the equation x2 - mx + 2m = 0 Hopefully you remember that (x-a)(x-b) = x2 - (a+b)x + ab, where a and b are the roots of the quadratic equation. Using this knowledge, plus the information in part ii) of the question stating that...

    4U maths destroys confidence

Sure, it can give you a high aligned HSC mark, but I really do doubt that getting just 50% in the HSC exam will 'scale' you to the top 10% of the state.

    Good Mathematics study guides/workbooks

I would go for a combination of Cambridge and Fitzpatrick for 2 unit, it worked quite well for me when I did 2 unit maths.

    Introduce yourself, why not?

Pfft, 'sif use BoS to excel academically. That wasn't the reason I went on these forums.

    4U maths destroys confidence

    I somehow really doubt that.

    Physic and Ext 2

You should be fine with Mechanics in the extension 2 maths course, the HSC physics course doesn't give much, if any, sort of advantage to the students doing both physics and extension 2 maths. Just understand the mathematical concepts and you should do alright in it :)

    Offering Tuition in Legal Studies, 2 unit/Extension 1/Extension 2 Maths; UAI – 99.55

Legal studies came easily to me + the guys in the class were hilarious + had a pretty damn good teacher in the subject, plus a few of the topics were quite interesting. It also provided me a break from all the maths/science related subjects I did last year (asides from Cosmology, all work there...

    HSC 2008 Holiday Work

LCMD stands for Legislation, Cases, Media and Documents. These are the pieces of evidence and areas which you should draw upon to support any argument you present in a legal studies essay and its inclusion is vital to doing well in any of the essays that you have to write in the course.
