I think its asking what is the largest area you can enclose for your goats? So you could make a 250mx250m square, or a 1km circumference circle or say a 400x100m rectangle etc. So just calculate the areas for these and make a conclusion.

What are your school marks like and are you good at communicating ideas and concepts and stuff? If so- tutoring is a good option imo

Tutoring ads tend to work better if you provide some sort of credentials as well rather than just testimonials that can't be verified- like why are you better than everyone else? Did you get X mark in HSC english, or have Y many hours of experience etc. Just trying to help make everything...
