Which subject do you find the most boring so far?

Maths B is so boring, mainly because I have no motivation for it, it's hard, and I'm always using my lessons to catch up on other subjects, or just to mess around. :( I wish I could be interested in it again...

    Dropping Economics for French

That's kind of like me, except I wanted to do German and it clashed with Biology. I decided on biol, for the simple reason that it's easier to learn German out of school than Biology. Just talk to your friends a lot in French, and read French books and stuff, and maybe study a little grammar...

2009ers: How was your school day?

Yup. A 10-minute one  Have to teach the class random stuff. What he said

2009ers: How was your school day?

Awesome day again! Maths C oral now on Monday! Found my biology experiment results for the EEI! Did...alright in titration! Didn't miss my bus! Also my roll call teacher hates me, I don't understand my maths B assignment and year 7s are *really* annoying. But in the great scheme of things...

    Romeo and Juliet

Oh, so they are different...haha I thought they were the same, but had been split or something complicated like that by moderators... Hang on, why didn't I just go into both of them... Wow, pointless post much?

Anyone having a work overload crisis?

Correction: then I'll love my failed QCE Haha, I do enough work so that I pass. Just not very much more than that :D :D

Which subject do you find the most boring so far?

Yes, can't you just work ahead in textbook/worksheets/whatever you use? That way you get smart, get ahead, and the teacher thinks you're really cool and your teacher's-pet-ness score gets even higher!;)

Anyone having a work overload crisis?

Nooo! I refuse! I love my bludgey life :uhhuh: I don't want to mess it up with homework...:(

2009ers: How was your school day?

Awesome school day! I didn't have to hand in maths C or biology assignments (which I started last night :() Maths C's now Thursday, and Biology next Tuesday! I love my life! And I did the best titration I've ever done! In the shortest amount of time! I feel so, so awesome...

Anyone having a work overload crisis?

yeah, English has so many assignments :( We handed in one today, only to receive the next one immediately afterwards :( (It's a weird assignment. We have to pretend to be goths and hobos at that 2020 Youth Summit thing...)

Anyone having a work overload crisis?

None of my teachers give out homework...or, at least, if they do, I don't do it and they don't care, so it all works out. But assignments sometimes get the better of me...I had an English one due today and Maths C tomorrow (the pentagram one, which I only started today)

    changing schools-can i slack off?

Don't work incredibly hard, as in, way too much for year 10...just don't fail anything, which would look bad and they might change/remove your scholarship. But I mean, if you got the scholarship anyway, you must have some kind of ability...
  13. S

What changes to your school would make year 12 easier?

If they locked up all the year 7s and 8s until they became normal humans that'd be good...I don't like having them underfoot all the time :( Especially at lunchtimes, when you go to the library for some quiet time to work on assignments and they're all sitting there yelling about what they're...

Anyone having a work overload crisis?

No, I think the workload is just fine, so long as you don't get too bothered with it and just take every day as it comes :)

    Time management. HELP!

Try and do something that is structured, so you can't talk yourself out of it. Eg you said you wanted to do more exercise, so join a sports team or a fitness club or something. That way exercising/social life becomes a natural part of your week, not just an add-on extra thing that you only do...

Physics exam this morning = epic fail but at least everyone else failed as bad as I did...

    Study

I recently realised that although I do hardly any study or homework, I spend most of my spare time teaching myself stuff, just for fun...so it feels like free time, but I'm actually learning stuff...

Hmm... In previous years we've read The Illustrated Mum Beyond the Shaking Time City of the Beasts (all random novels which were pretty stupid...) Romeo and Juliet And this year: Saving Francesca another one about Chinese people which I can't remember The Crucible
