God chose the foolish things of the world.... Foolish = stupid, showing lack of sense. You win your argument that through rational thought we cannot prove God. Ive always thought that.... Does seem unfair of God to expect me to believe like this.

I fully respect the intellect of the majority of atheist/agnostic people on here. Especially Kfunk. But it seems that God has not allowed us to justify his existance using our own rationality and worldly logic. Bible says you must come as a little child.... It is utter foolishness and absurdity...

Sam, what i quoted from 1 corinthians (and similar things in the bible) is the only way i can grasp why it is all i have learned (and ive been learning all my life) in almost every category ...still doesnt provide me with rational logical proof (which is what i require for every decision i make)...

Christianity has done some wonderful things for the world Chad. I hate some of the things you mentioned as much as you do. I went to a religious meeting once , where the (very , very famous) preacher asked everyone to raise their hands and they would feel a tingle on them , and tOHhat...

:) BUt if sex gets better as you go at it...then it will get better as a husband and wife...well , you know :) I agree sex is important in a marital relationship , but it isnt the only thing.

So you are appealing to my free will to choose God or not? Can i ask something which ive wondered for a while? Why do u agnostics and atheists argue with believers? I post here because i know how much my God loves you. As such , i care too , and my bible says that those who do not accept Christ...

I dont know about everyone else...but what 1 corinthians says stands for me. The wisdom of the world will not prove God (Or His word) God has made it that way.
