Why is a HSC 2011'er thinking they know more than an engineering student?

Yeah the F-22 would be nice, but it looks like we're getting the F35's almost certainly now. I'm hoping that I get placed with the E/F model Hornets, rather than the classic ones, since that would save extra training when the classic ones are retired. Plus, it's a much nicer aircraft. :D Thanks...

Hey man, sorry for the late reply, haven't been on BOS too much recently. Anyway, like most people i'm hoping for the fast jets in the Hornet family, but its based off my results at 2FTS, so sure - I might want to be a fighter pilot, but if I do shit at 2FTS they'll shove me in transport. ;)

Yes we do? If, for example, there's no milk on the shelf, it'd take 2 seconds to go into the freezer out back and bring some out. People ask us this sort of stuff all the time, and nobody minds going and grabbing it for them.

What do you mean 'trust'? It'll give you an estimation of your ATAR, thats it. It won't be 100% accurate, but it usually gets within a few points of being correct.

This. I also have a friend who is a lifeguard at a pool, and he's not even 17 yet. Only needed a few days of training for first aid/safety, and gets decent money.

Re: What UAI&Course are you aiming for? Unfortunately for you, people who apply for the Education Award have to apply in Year 11 - oh, and take a look at the FSP schedule - there's been 2011 FSP's running for a while. At first I thought the same as you (but in regards to the assessment day)...

Got 'em all back today. Looking down the barrel at two "first in subject" awards, and everything else was decent enough. Nothing that can't be improved on with some actual study.
