i don't bother doing a whole exercise as my teacher would set for homework. A few questions until I understand a certain concept then move on to either fitzpatrick or cambridge :)

exactly the same here. if you can't get your hands textbooks, look at some of the "resources" from this site. get 2 or 3 of the best ones print them out and use them as different sources as well
