    Space: circular motion

Hey everyone, My teacher has given us a whooole heap of questions using ω=theta/time (theta = angle travelled in radians, ω = angular velocity, t = time), and I was going through my textbook and physics formula sheet for the HSC and there is no reference to radians or ω=theta/time, but only...

    Senior Science textbooks?

That's alright. Haha Quick question: How does one utilise a textbook for english? O_o I have no idea how you'd even use it for it to be of any benefit

    Senior Science textbooks?

Hahahaha guys please, can we focus on the matter at hand.

    Senior Science textbooks?

Hey everyone! I'm beginning year 12 next term and wanted to see if there are any good or useful textbooks that students use/have used for senior science? I'd be using it to guarantee a 95+ mark for the 2017 HSC :D I'm also doing biology and physics and have just gotten textbooks for them...

    Senior Science or Chemistry?

The lack of maths would be unfortunate :( hahaha ;P

    Senior Science or Chemistry?

I can't do that unfortunately because I'm already doing 6 units of science and that's the max. No one else in my year wants to do 4U, so seeing as I'm the only one and not getting good enough results, they're not making the class which sucks.

    Senior Science or Chemistry?

All the teachers have said to really take a proper break these holidays going into year 12, so I don't want to spend it doing chemistry :( I looked at the syllabus and think it might be alright... Pretty basic, but I love theory stuff so it'd be nice I think, I don't know. Haha

    Senior Science or Chemistry?

I think I could easily perform exceptionally well in senior science. I looked at the HSC exam and could probably do 50% of it now hahaha I'm not getting good enough marks in extension, so the school won't make a class for me to do it :(

    Senior Science or Chemistry?

Also, does anyone know if class ranks in year 11 are the same when you start year 12? So if I was 4th in biology, it wouldn't reset next term?

    Senior Science or Chemistry?

Hey guys! I've been pondering whether senior science would be better for me during year 12 as opposed to chemistry. I enjoy chemistry, but I really suck at it (50% average this year) and it really frustrates and stresses me out. I believe if I did senior science I could get my desired...

Should I learn an instrument during year 11?

Violin practice would just be 30-60 mins every day. 30 mins on busy days. And I finish early on three days of the week, so there would be time for lessons. I'm not sure how I'd handle such a full schedule though

Should I learn an instrument during year 11?

I know it's been ages since this post, but I still haven't picked up violin because my parents didn't really allow it... Partly because of money, but mostly they were worried about my time for study (pissed me of so much!!!!!). But I have a car, and may be getting a job (just waiting for the...

    How to survive at uni?

You couldn't learn a bachelor of genetics or bachelor of mathematics online... otherwise I would hahaha

    How to survive at uni?

No way would I do online uni hahaha

    How to survive at uni?

I'd like to not worry about it haha but my family is moving state at the end of year 12 and I need to know what I'm doing/where I'm going. Do you know anyone that has managed to do a double degree, or even a single one, and keep a part-time job while living away from home?

    How to survive at uni?

Hello! I plan on doing a double degree after I finish year 12, but location is limiting for me. It'd be amazing if I could move out of home and into a small place by myself with as much privacy as possible. First question: How difficult would it be to juggle a double degree (Bachelor...

    Double majors

When applying for a bachelors degree like a Bachelor of Science, how do you do a double major? Is it easy to apply for? When do you apply for the double major? I'm interested in a double major of physics and maths in the bachelor of science :)

Subjects for year 12: Will these allow a high ATAR?

But wouldn't the type of people that do standard be less academic than those in advanced? Haha which would create a lower average band

Subjects for year 12: Will these allow a high ATAR?

So if I decide to do a bachelor of biomedical science, instead of doing chemistry in year 12 I can do a couple bridging courses to get me up to speed. With the way I've been going in chemistry this year (my marks for exams), it's going to have a very bad impact on my ATAR if I do chemistry in my...
