Yes, you will be allowed to do 3U. 4U is solely taken in year 12. 4U selection will depend on your 3U ranks in yr 11. If you don't rank in top 60-70 in yr 11 for 3U, you won't be allowed to do 4u at NSB.

Sb English is pretty horrific. Both education and student wise. Nsb Phys and chem education is a fair bit worse than sb. Maths differences decently negligible, though u might want to consider only about top 60-70 of nsb is allowed to take 4u while sb is like 100+.
