Lol most of this thread is bs. Most if not all employers will prefer a university graduate over a TAFE grad any day of the week. Especially in web design/programming. You're competing with a lot of people, most of which have Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT degrees.

All the teachers can do is recommend or try to deter you from picking a subject. But they can't prevent you from enrolling in it. Definitely tell your parents and make sure they speak to the principal or any deputy principals. Do it as soon as possible so they can't tell you that it's too late...

How much maths is used in the B.Business other than basic arithmetic? Are the business statistic units difficult? Would you recommend the B.Business to someone who has done General Maths or no maths at all in the HSC?

bump. I also want to know. I know that the B.Science in IT has no compulsory maths units at all (heard it on open day and in the booklets they handed out). But what about the B.Business? How much maths is required for that?
