    fitzy is ok.. MIF has some serious deficiencies. Cambridge has good taste.. the exercises are especially well chosen.. not just something to fill up the pages. patel and terry lee makes you practice. the older books are good too... but hard to find. eg coroneos

    part (a) iv) the limit is 4 since 0 < (n+2)/2^(n-1) < (4n+8)/[n(n-1)] and the last bit tends to 0... so (n+2)/2^(n-1) tends to 0 and that makes the limiting sum 4. (b) iv) thats air resistance proportional to the speed squared.
