    Hi Now, say for example something contains 250 calories and 5.6g of saturated fat. Does this 5.6g of saturated fat mean I increase in mass by 5.6g ( Lol) and do excess calories turn straight to fat?

    BMR Calculator according to this my BMR is like 2016 calories a day, + the activites its 4000 SSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, Say I was to eat nothing, wouldnt I lose more then 0.46 kilos a day? since 0.46 kilos of fat has 3500 calories, or am I missing something?

    I just didnt study for maths, its my fault, my ranks for chem is 6th, physics 2nd bio 2nd sor like 19th math I was 27th I think, now ive dropped right to the back.
