Aren't you supposed to have finished all the topics before trials? As far as I know we'll have finished Pacific War (our 3rd elective) by Tuesday this week and will just be revising after after that (our Term 2 exam is next week). I'm pretty sure for us it's the same in other subjects bar...

Stick to the uni you're in, USyd is fine for Aeronautical (hence why the cutoffs are pretty high, implies couse is in high demand). I believe UNSW Engineers use Maple rather than Matlab, so that could be a factor.

All those subjects are capped, hence scaling is always a big issue. Even Ancient is capped IIRC (at 99.7).

3U English. Other subjects on that list for your last subject all scale shit and as such are dropkick. Ancient is semi-decent though, you're not completely fucked.

If you're not retarded it's not hard to make $100k in any worthwhile profession after 5 years post uni or so. Emphasis on worthwhile.
