I personally can't practice with cold hands then perform with warm hands, simply because practicing with cold hands makes me used to stiffening my hand up while playing, which is horrible, technique wise.

Why don't you try the transparent / clear ones? I had those for a while... wearing white at the moment and hating it.

I find that I get lazy after taking a break. It's so much easier just to keep going.

omg, same here dude! The wooden bench was so uncomfortable. He did pretty good reminding me about all the concepts and such, just that it sucks how we spent so much time on some calculation questions and we basically skipped most of them.

I have tutors for some subjects, and they're good to keep on track with your work or if you're really behind. Tutoring is pretty damn unnecessary if you know what you're doing, put the work in, work efficiently and you have good teachers. They aren't miracles of any sort: if you're lazy...
