id just like to let you know you are not allowed to do this, it says in the book not to, and CSM was telling me today that they can (somehow) decline all the transactions, so youd get no money from it in the end, the limits have to be observed, theyre there for a reason. (visa/master $90, amex...

wow, my store is stingy, but wow! we at least always have a supervisor rostered on (and getting paid as one!) and our CSM is always doing rostering (especially lately) comes down to wreak havoc every now and then and disappears again, 2IC enjoys disappearing for long periods of time also...

sure its in their role, but at my store, supervisors have to do practically everything, the other day i asked a cashier back from break to answer the phone... (shes got enough sandwiches for a picnic, and she can do cleaning and impulse) them: really? me: yes! them: are you sure? me: yeah, just...

i dont think you see the problem, as a supervisor (and just like all the other supervisors), if im rostered or not, i still manage complaints, refunds, exchanges, breaks, assisting other cashiers, service calls, bus tickets, ISIS, office, Storenet, wow money, carpet cleaners, announcements...

im in frontend... on current topic: but if the supervisor is on break, whos in charge? without a supervisor, our whole store would go to shit in 10 mins. and all our supervisors perform supervision tasks even when theyre not rostered as one, so maybe they should be getting paid...

hey, my manager asked me to start maintaining inventory for a section, so just with the RF gun and autostockr, but being classified as just a store team member, does this fall outside my duties? and who is supposed to do it? (i get different answers depending on who i ask at my store)

anyone know if its possible to program the main phones for either contacts or speed dial, its a pain in the butt when we need security quickly, and have to find the phone book, look up the number, type it in, get an error cause you forgot the 0 at the start to dial out, retype it in properly...

so my store's put some of them up already, the ones ive seen are yellow (shade darker than the current ones) with the "more savings everyday" logo in a slightly darker yellow tiled at a 30 degree angle and a plain white strip at the bottom my store printed a bunch of them upside down. :awesome...

southern cross station style? https://www.allyours.com/news/divisional/wwsupermarkets/store-opening-southern-cross-station.html i'm not particularly fond of it though and while its not a polo, i really like the new uniforms being trialled at wolli creek (which probably not look too bad with...

never seen a westfield gift card give an error (yes, we accept them including XS cards), im thinking it might have expired? as for our loose stock, a good 2 or 3 trolleys a day. we separate produce and bakery/bread items as we collect so we dont have as much and they get picked up by their own...

^agreed. very first day of e&l, a woman who's know for going through our bins to get fuel vouchers comes up to me with the e&l bits of the recipes ripped off and asks for 72 stickers expecting me to believe that she spent $720 dollars in one day, while I hesitantly gave them to her cause...

I wouldn't take too much on the new design for the nightfall polos, the last "design update" for normal frontend shirts was just changing them to say "Australia's Fresh Food People", and they probably sell less nightfall shirts so it's only now that they're being updated as they only just ran...
