This is typical of many neurological disorders, most likely demyelinating. God speed OP.

Really?
happened to me when i drank a lot of coffee one night (Doing assignment). but that might just be because i very rarely drink coffee and my body just was responding negatively to it.

Is there any other "symptoms" your having like headaches, pins and needles or feeling dizzy, or is it only the hands?

This happens to me too, also even further, like when I walk down the stairs my legs shake under the pressure. Does this happen to you?

Shaking muscles (like when doing the situp motion) usually means overuse or weakness.

Have you ever done any boxing or similar? The force of many punches can cause tremors.

But yes, go to your GP.
