This happens to me too, also even further, like when I stroll down the stairways my feet tremble under the stress. Does this occur to you?

Sure it isn't just essential tremor? I think i may have it, sometimes happens when im like eating or something - i remember it from like 10 years ago so i doubt it's a tumor. I usually don't notice it but sometimes others do. Haven't bothered getting it checked but maybe i should ask next time im at a gp lol.
