FUCKING HELL, ran out of time, didn't do 1e(5 marker) and fucked up my essay
FML
HIGH FIVE! That test was too short Dx It should've been 2.5 hours... T^T

The creative and essay were good questions. However, the frkn comprehension screwed me over. I wrote my extended responses and the first 2 short answers first, but then, I heard the teacher yell 15 minutes left. So then I had to finish my belonging essay and the last 3 comprehension questions all in 15 mins. I ended up having to pick between 1d and 1e. I chose 1e and just rolled with texts 1 and 3, and just tried to end my essay out of nowhere. Ended up getting stopped halfway through my conclusion. lol.

Bye bye, rank 1.

Estimated marks

Section 1 - 9/15
Section 2 - 15/15
Section 3 - 10/15

FXCK.

My modules are silently killing me. Cramming Bladerunner/Frankenstein, Harwood is a lost cause and I haven't touched History and Memory, thankfully I remember website features. :D

What was the essay question?

Ours was: Relationships with others dictate whether we belong or are isolated. To what extent do your studies of XXX support this idea.

And the creative was: Begin with this quote and use it as a major part of your imaginative composition blah blah blah: He had never felt this feeling before

Essay question was like how does significant moments in life help people understand belonging or something

Creative gave 3 quotes that you could use. Can't remember them though

For the quote, what happens if you never included it COMPLETELY in the thing, but used all it's parts throughout the story?

It never said it had to be explicitly integrated into the story. It just had to be used as the basis of your story. I think, lol.

Weeeeeeeeee. Time to fail paper 2.

I think you have to include it in its entirety because it said to have it as your opening line

We had a separate question from you, we had 3 options, and it never said include as opening line. :3 I feel for you man, your creative seemed to have been challenging.

I was confused about that, because the question stated 'as your basis...' so I just put it in the beginning, but I did intertwine it.
I reckon you'll be okay. I think that as long you have provided evidence that you have used the quote appropriately, you'll be fine ^_^

Yeah, we had to use it as the 'basis' of our creative writing piece.

Sweet, so I'm hopefully fine. I really have to stop stressing lol, need to be in the right mind for the next 7 hours of hard-cramming.

Advanced kids, which of the three quotes did you choose for the creative?

I chose the first one about the draughty coat or something like that. Didn't even know what draughty meant LOL.
