breakfast: 5 egg whites, 2 yolks
morning tea: tuna, 15 almonds
lunch: kangaroo mince, pumpkin, salad
afternoon tea: 1tsp natural peanut butter, 25g WPI
dinner: 1/2 a carrot with salsa, pumpkin and salmon

I had crunchy nut, sandwich, apple, muesli bar, some Tim Tams, another muesli bar and rissoles with salad and pasta salad.

yes I am trying to get used to a diet how dare I not jump 100% in the deep end straight away after years of 0 physical activity

I also meant with the oats, not over the course of the day

3 pancakes over the course of the day because i think it is like pancake tuesday or whatever cool christian celebration is the one were you eat pancakes

1 Bottle Powerade (Hate the stuff, but was on a ride so meh).
1 Bacon + cheese sausage roll (after ride carbs... Mmm... Lol).
