Hahaha, only because I was out of protein powder and had to make up for it!


What I have had today so far:

2 whole egg sandwiches as usual
Orange Juice
A couple of wraps with some sort of meat in
more juice
A massive serve of pasta

i've eaten so much i don't even know.
dinner was the best.
rabbit stuffed with chicken mince with pine nuts and artichokes and beans and some really nice jus stuff from a restaurant in rozelle.
so.good.

@kfnmpah, no i dont have an eating disorder...well i dont know actually. I have a serious fear of gaining weight. Ive gained like 2 kilos and im freaking out like crazy.
I have a small stomach so i get full very very quickly (and bloat very quickly..one glass of water will turn my stomach from flat as to omg im 4 months preggers).


Today I ate:
Breakfast: Grapes on my way to work lol.
Lunch: Yoghurt, i just came back from work...will eat something later.
Dinner: I have no idea lol.

EDIT: had grilled chicken and potatoes yesterday for dinner mmmmmmm chicken.

i'd probably place a bet on you having some sort of something, but idk. all i know is you don't eat enough and a big fear of gaining weight isn't exactly normal.
EDNOS (fit some requirements of anorexia/bulimia but not all i.e. you could have a fucked body image and be under weight, but if you get your period, you don't fit the requirements for anorexia)

you should eat more. you'll find that if you eat 5 small meals you'll probably lose weight becaues your metabolism will speed up.

also, when you're food deprived, everything fucks up, your brain is deprived of nutrients (which is why eating disorders are self perpetuating. they jsut get worse and worse because the less you eat the more fucked your brain gets). also, like fair enough i'm not saying eat 3 meals and 3 snacks eat eat eat but you know it's not good for you to eat that little. you can fuck yourself up for life that way. i used to be sick and i still am having heart problems just with circulation almost 2 years after being like 99% better. like it's heaps hot today and my feet/hands are freezing. also haven't had a proper period for >3 years but that could be due to being on the pill for so long, but i can't be 100% sure.
kids are stupid, anyway. who wants them.

anyway
breakfast: smoothie of 2 egg whites, mango protein powder, blueberries, rice milk,shredded coconut, big handful of spinach. it was amazing.
just then: small piece of duck

have been too busy freaking out about tutorial enrolment to go get food.

Lol my hands and feet are always cold lmao, it's pretty horrible,
Had: a banana, some crackers.
Will have dinner in half an hour. It's this lentils dish that us Arabs make hehehehe, it's called mjadara.
Tea later on :)

In the morning I had 10 weetbix with 4 Banana's and like 500mls of high cal. milk as usual
Then I downed 2 veggie footlong subs with extra-extra jalapeno's, my tongue was burning for atleast 4 hrs
a tuna sandwich

I don't want unnecessary energy lol.

The only chocolate I really like is Bounty. I absolutely hate white chocolate.

Oh and for dinner, I had a bowl of Pho from a restaurant.
