Eating some really belated dinner soon which should be some sort of lentil soup with bread and brown rice till i fill up lol

4 bananas, 1 sausage + roll, 1/4 chicken, 1 tub of yoghurt.

The sausage sizzle was fattier than I thought, and it kept me full for a good 6 or so hours (fatty foods make me fuller than usual)

brunch: fried rice noodles w/ chicken teriyaki

that should keep me full for the rest of the day.

also my sister is coming back from germany tonite with heaps of chocolate. :)

3 mcdoubles isn't even that much if it's all you ate with cake.

anyway,

piece of wholemeal toast with avocado and 2 egg whites
1/2 cup wholemeal soy pasta stuff and a small tin of tomato basil tuna
small serve of soy vanilla ice cream
4 cups of tea
gonna go gym
then chicken and salad
then idk

breakfast: i dont know if you guys know what this is, but its some arab stuff, its called manaeish..(anyway, i had a cheese one...was yum), a cup of tea.
lunch: didnt have any.
dinner: chicken sandwich with garlic dip stuff and pickles mmmm.
banana and honey milkshake.

breakfast: 4 egg whites, 2 yolks with a little bit of left over chicken cut up and cooked as an omelette
cup of tea

morning tea: cup of tea

lunch: little bit of wholemeal past and chicken

afternoon: little bit of wholemeal pasta

dinner: 4 water crackers with blue cheese (only a little, it was v. strong). chilli garlic salmon with salad

some blueberries
tsp peanut butter

Breakfast: 1 bottle of powerade + 1 small bowl of cereal + 2 bananas

Lunch: 80cm french baguette, which I asked to be turned into a giant pork roll.

Dinner: To be decided.

powerade is the worst. so many girls at the gym like 'heheheh gonna buy a powerade and go on the cross trainer for 60 minutes.' ugh

breakfast: 4 egg whites, 2 yolks, tofu, spinach scrambled
morning tea: 2 cups of tea with ~1-2 tbsp full cream milk in each cup
lunch: garlic chilli salmon with lettuce and avocado
1/4 protein bar

125mL of apple mango juice when i thought i was going to faint
salmon and salad for dinner
1tsp peanut butter
small serve of bulla chocolate choc chip ice cream

heaps of water.

I should have clarified. I had swimming training this morning, but I had about a quarter of a bottle of powerade left, so I finished it off along with my breakfast.

I never EVER drink it by itself without training.

i find it only tastes good after doing a significant amount of exercise. but when you drink it any other time it just tastes like water with a slight fruity flavour.

This is because after you do a significant amount of exercise, you will go for anything regardless of taste.

Today I ate:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, cup of tea.
Lunch: Didnt have any.
Dinner: Prawn w/ pasta mmmm.
Will probably have another cup of tea this evening.

no wonder you're crazy. not eating makes me a fruit cake, too.

lunch: basa fillet marinated in garlic chilli stuff and salad, cup of tea
afternoon tea: protein shake

post workout shake
more basa fillet, salad and pumpking for dindin
chocolate choc chip ice cream (dammit. must stop dis!)

will have another cup of tea later.
