Goat's milk is actually very nice. It's stronger and thicker than cow milk.

Today I ate:

Breakfast: one boiled egg, glass of tea.
Lunch: a taco with lettuce, tomato and minced meat, home made. Glass of milk.

i like rice milk or oat milk the best for quality carbs (rice milk tastes way better)

true story.
The vitasoy rice milk is the best imo (brown packaging). I don't know how to describe it, but it just tastes so... sweet? It's a weird taste, but I love it. It's not that great in coffee or cereals, but it's awesome just by itself.

However, there are some really crap rice milk brands out there. I don't want to go to Costco, buy 20x 1L bottles, then find out that it's one of those crap brands.

Examine, it is almost impossible to drop a second or more in the 50m Freestyle in the span of a month.

How long ago did you do this PB? What club did you swim for?

I suggest instead of working on your actual fitness and training, you focus your efforts on skills such as the way you dive and your dolphin kicks.

A few months ago, I was sick for a couple of weeks and couldn't go training. The first week I came in, I felt really slow. However, I was taught a new method for my diving and dolphin kicks, and I practised it all week.

That very same week, I got a PB during club night, just because I tried using my newly taught method in a race. I highly doubt it was because of training.

+ I am overweight. Would it be beneficial to shed some weight? Friend said it wouldnt but 60% of the stuff he says is bullshit.

Yeah it would help if you shedded some of that weight. You don't want fat flopping around underwater slowing you down.

breakfast: honey crunchy peanut butter on bread, 500ml milk mocha.

dinner: rice, beef kebaabs 2, some potato pieces, rice, couple of pieces of fresh naan.

later: ice cream, bananananananan.

no not you the other guy that ate heaps of bad food but wait, he had a protein shake! (lol)

wow you have amazing restraint. no way i could eat only 3 pringles if i had a whole tube of them in front of me.

haha i feel dreadful for eating it. it's totally not worth it.
i usually only eat one bad thing a week aka cheat meal. christmas has fucked me, man. gotta stop dat

breakfast: piece of afghan bread w/feta cheese

lunch: nandos classic pita and a few chips. and ice tea

drink: passionfruit cosmopolitan

4 ferrero rochers throughout the day (luv dat xmas chocolate)

dinner: bread roll w/ham, swiss cheese and sundried tomato
