C can't equal 1 because they have to be different integers.
C can't equal 5 beacuse they have to be integers.
C can't equal 9 because they can't be the same.
:. C equals 12. Thanks for correcting me.

If a, b, and c are different positive integers, what is a possible value for c when (ab)^2=abc

a) 1
b) 5
c) 9
d) 12

Working out as well
(ab)^2 = abc
therefore ab = c
as a result, it cant be 1 (coz then a = b = 1)
it cant be 5 (coz then 2 pronumerals = 5)
it cant be 9 (coz 2 pronumerals would either be 3 or 9)
therefore it MUST = 12 (e.g. 3 x 4 = 12 OR 6 x 2 = 12)

Was 97 but since I got that question wrong to begin with make it <30
If it's any re-assurance, the question I gave was the last multiple choice question of a past paper. You have a good chance at 97 from what I've seen.

wat about u?
Hoping for 100, but silly mistakes might prevent that.

I'm not sure how to approach the test. Should you do it fairly quick and spend lots of time checking for silly mistakes, or take your time.

Anyway, good luck everyone for Tuesday.

Approximates:

Non-calculator - 5 minutes
Multiple choice - 20 minutes
Correct/Incorrect - 5-10 mins?(not sure about this one)
Q81-Q84 - Maybe 10-15mins?

That's if I don't second guess myself etc. Also varies depending on the amount of calculator questions.

I'll do one tonight and time each section.
