Ab exercises are great but they are intended to strengthen your core, ensuring that you won't collapse when doing heavy lifts. Doesn't do anything for the 6 pack. Hanging leg raises, dragon flags and planks are superior exercises anyway

do weighted crunches, so you can only do like 10 at a time

get some muscles cunt then stop eating for like 3 weeks, then you will have abs

doing 6000 sit ups will just give you amazing muscle endurance but they wont grow and you wont lose weight ok Annagurl

Didnt do a single sit up, was exercise ball crunches, leg raises, and some other stuff, and yeah I do sit ups once a week with weights, and i'm doing the dead lifts, squats too.
