Hi, i've promised to myself today to lose weight and live a more healthy lifestyle while I do the HSC for a second time.

I believe a healthy routine will provide a strong foundation for my studies - something I did not value in 2010, as well as be something I can concentrate on while i'm not studying.

So to motivate me I thought I might try starting a thread here, see whether others are interested in losing weight and maybe interested in sharing their goals and results every week or so here. So if you are reading this and interested please don't leave! Type a response, give interest and we can come back to this thread every few days or so to keep us on track over the course of a few months from the beginning of the new year. Healthy body healthy mind!... :D

Plus I realize this forum has been absent lately, but if you read this a few days or week later after I've posted this and are interested, I promise I will come back and check!

After about a 9 month bulk and lifting weights, I reached 85kg.

I've began cutting and run 3 times a week (at 1am around the school oval near my house), while continuing to lift 4 times a week.

This is my first real cut...last time I didnt eat healthy, so I'm not sure how much I will lose...but I'm hoping ~10kg over 2 or so months.

Also,

i was 166 the last i checked

omgg thats fat aye .. shiiitt im soo paranoid
55kg at 166cm = BMI ~20 ...which is normal.

ok ok i exaggerated a tiny bit, but i srsly want to lose 10-15kg, then i'd be happy.

losing 5-10kg however is an absolute must and if i dont, i will probs die of heart disease by the end of 2011.

im no girl u penk, i benched 2 sets of 5 with 130% bodyweight when i was 62.45kg, i'm just dimensionally not a tall person so i dont need to weigh that much.

i was 69kg when i was in year 11/12, and this year i've been fluctuating from 62-65.
