My number one is Zelda: Majora's Mask. I'm not sure about the order of the others.
Some of my others are:

- Tony Hawk's Underground (what the hell happened with Underground 2? It was so bad)

Really? Grandia 2? I really liked the battle system but like all cheesy Japanese RPG'S they're really all just....well they're all full of cheese, aren't they?

I put it there because it's the only RPG (for a console) I've been able to sit through to the end without getting pissed at how slow the battles move.
You're right though, it is heavy on the cheese. It oozes it everywhere, especially in the cut-scenes. Nothing beats Final Fantasy for cheesiness though, honestly those games are just laughable.

But thinking about it, yeah, Grandia 2 was a good, if not great game. Just some parts of it...

How about when that beastman gets impaled by that mosquito? That was worth some serious lol. In fact it was shocking, it was uncalled for, it was everything but tragic. He was an important part of my team, and the ridiculous thing is, I had built him to such a level that if he was to face all those damn creatures running after you on his own, chances are he'd pummel all of 'em.

Yeah that was really damn annoying, he was by far my strongest as well. That kid leaving was annoying as well, I'd been concentrating on him because he was my weakest.
I only first played a FF game 2 years ago, I bought 10 as it was only $15 at EB. I thought it was pathetic. I've borrowed 9 and 8 since and thought they were crap as well. Maybe 7's the lone good one on PlayStation, I've never played it.
Best money I've ever spent on a game is the $30 I spent on Sunny Garcia, I play that all the time. Especially when the surfs flat or if I need a break from study/work.
