oh i agree. Like i am a vegetable FREAK! I love my vegies, and could live off them

But i will NOT eat them if they are mushy or rubbery

Steamed or stir fried is the only way to go.
(or baked/grilled, for like potato & sweet potato & eggplant etc)

Haha fuck, i should have just said DONT BOIL VEGETABLES!

Oh - Sweet potato is ok SOMETIMES; I'll only eat it if I didn't know it was there and it's already in my mouth. :eek:

tomatoes-i know its really a fruit but hey..

also corn, beans, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, lettuce, spinach, potato, capsicum, asparagus...ok actually ALL vegetables. wait i take that back, not beetroot (oh spew) ...but apart from that, ALL of them. :)

I like asian white n black fungus.... esp when stirfried with stuff like carrots, snowpeas, broccolli, anything.....

but would they be classified as vegies? Or under something else...
