Year 12 General Maths - Overview/notes - Suggested Maths book for extra help? (1 Viewer)

Sorry for the long title. But I'm looking for a good year 12 general maths overview of the work covered and a suggestion for a General Maths textbook for extra help and the overview of work might help me get ahead and ontop of this subject that I'm hating so much.

The best overview of the work covered is probably the syllabus which you can get from the Board of Studies site. There's a 1 page list of topics then each topic is listed in detail. It really is a well-written document.

Some good books you could buy are the Macquarie series or the Excel books.

I think the best text book to get started with the Margaret Grove's Maths In Focus. It's got some good explanations and exercises, and I like the chapter reviews and challenge exercises at the end of each chapter.
