Make me one >:)
7-7:30am: Breakfast
7:30am - 12pm: Standard English
12-1:30pm: Break/Lunch
1:30pm-6:30pm: 4U Mathematics
6:30pm - 7pm: Dinner
7pm - 11pm: Biology
Sleep

Repeat everyday switching up the subjects and you have the perfect timetable.

.. Crap timetable aside, you should try make one yourself that you find will suit your needs (more time on weak subjects, time for activities etc).

Breaks are important!

You should ideally take breaks at the end of each hour.

I think one hour is too quick to be having breaks.

Once you've reached an hour of solid study, you probably have built up momentum whilst you're doing your work and stopping at this point wouldn't be very helpful.

But, whatever works for each person.

Exactly what happens to me. By the time the hour is up, I am fully focused and yeah it just diminishes.

I remember in Year 10 though, my Commerce teacher said that when studying, we can only concentrate for so long. She said that it was like 50-55 minutes at most optimally, and then she would suggest just a simple 2-5 minute break - walking around, doing something else, taking a quick snack or something.

Of course when doing past papers, we can't do such a thing - but I've found that taking a simple 2 minute break at approximately the end of each hour got me refreshed for the next.

But... whatever works for you. If you find that talking to your dog is the best way for you to learn material, then go for it.

Sounds good to me, the >5pm break sounds great haha.

Remember to stay disciplined and stick to it!
