Tonnes of people from SGHS are participating. I just noticed that a whole heap of them had some YAA thing in their MSN nicknames.

Oo nice.. signed up for it. No one at my school is doing it. Don't know anyone doing it. Do you make the group yourself? or do they put you in a random group?

yea they put you in a random group in what ever area you have selected

Hey all, who out there has done/is going to do the YAA thing?
If you've done it before, what's it like? Is it hard or anything? Im going to do it and was just wondering what i was getitng myself into =D

Also, for any people doing it this year, who's your sponsor company?

There's a thread on this already. Damn I applied for this ages ago, no word from them. Do I call them up or something? How do you know your sponsor company?

Well i recieved a letter from my place, and so did a few of my friends, provided we're all going to the same one, but yeah, it was sent from out host company. Our first meetings on the 30th so i'd say if you think your in you should get the letter rather soon. There isnt really anyone you can call up, because you dont know where or with what business you might've gotten accepted into, so yeah, lets hope its not too late =]

Send another email about how much u were looking forward to yaa etc etc.
They'll put u in a group, they're usually very flexible even if one month has past.

Awesome, they said I should recieve a letter about my group by the end of April. So I guess pretty soon. hopefully.

One of the yaa staff came to our school. she told us that some people start earlier, some people start later during the year. this is true, because some of my friends started yaa before i did. so dw adidasboy you still got a chance
