Wrong Intended Answer in HSC 2011 (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,
Not sure if you guys have done HSC 2011 yet, but after doing it, I self-marked. However, some answers in the expected answer file turn to be wrong, e.g. Q7 b)
What happened?

The sample answer has a typo in that they wrote (x-4) instead of (4-x) so the actual result is the negative of what you see. Also, the sample answer only evaluates 2I but doesn't finish it off to evaluate I - so the last line is also double the actual answer in magnitude.
