I've never used an A3 writing booklet before. Is it just the same as an A4 notepad? Sorry for the stupid question

It's just an A3 booklet that you write in

These days it is just an A3 page folded in half allowing you to write on 3 of the 4 pages thus created as the front page is where all the details about who you are are recorded.
