Fryers are SOOOO dangerous. Have you ever worked with people who just drop the baskets down if the stuff has a little ice on it it can make the oil bubble up and spit everywhere.... they are really dangerous.

Hahaha one of the managers was tellin me about some dude who was leaning into one off the pots to clean it out, and the lid slammed down on his head and knocked him into the oil, killing him.

And I got told of the other day for cleaning the pots with a bucket of water splashing everywhere :S
