i think there will be alot of school-girl esque trends
woolen tunics, tights with knee-high socks over (a la miu miu - i think)
plenty of layering
neckscarves

You know how you got those jumpers that a kinda a wee bit too long that you can pull them off as one outfit (ie its now a dress?)

I reckon I can pull them off but I find them like nowhere. I've only been curious about them. But its been in a few winter catalogues here and there.

It sounds terrible but i bought a super one in Target, for about $40.

Was in the old ducks section but is super cool. It a month or two ago, they might still have some.

Ooh I saw those on ebay last year and really wanted to get them... but I'm wary of buying clothes off there unless I've tried them on in shops first

I still have my Portman's trench coat from last year.. loks like I'll be living in it this year too since I'm broke!!

I agree though - red and black love. Leopard print is okay as long as you don't go all Supre with it...

im all about vests and berets right now. not that i have either. im working on it.
No! Please no! Berets are terrible! Absolutely terrible.

Patty Hearst couldn't pull one off.
And she had money.
And a gun.

mm in retrospect, my hat isnt really a beret. I tried on a beret and i looked like a mushroom.

This is much more of a fat controller hat. BUT I have seen many many many berets out. I wish i could look all french wearing one. But alas, i just look like a mushroom.

hmm with the trench coats... which is the better length? Mid-thigh, or 3/4? Or does it depend on your height/proportions?

it depends. i reckon the taller u are the longer you can go. i'm a shortass so mid-thigh is as far as i would push it.

pretty much yeah
the trick is you have to have a pretty small head and an especially minute forehead, then hats can never go wrong! so even though my head looks slightly mong-like sans hat, it looks great with one on.
