I just realised you only have 4 fonts in this folder. This could be part of the problem.
First thing you can try is to open that folder again.
Click the circled option. It says "
Font settings"
Once you click that, there should be a button that says "
Restore default font settings"
If this doesn't work. Then I'm pretty sure you're just missing the actual font files. Since the font Windows normally uses isn't there, it's using symbols instead. In that case, you will need to download and install these fonts.
