Well Martix Gives you a 72.40 so i'd go ahead and say yes

I've tried and they say 72 but I'm scared im going to get scaled lower Im also angry as my raw hsc marks were much better than internal, yet got scaled down for it
Eg for sor hsc mark was 82
And bio was 74
