oh god all the time. even in year 11 exams i would go to the bathroom mid-exam for a quick slap. i even go every lesson during school n maybe twice or three times at lunch

Masterbation is recommened by many doctors but not on a daily basis. It helps to relieve stress , and clean out your system.

I'm sure there are more efficient methods of reducing stress, like exercise, getting decent sleep and eating well.

In a usual day and under the assumption that you get the same amount of satisfaction or stress reduction from each:
  • Getting decent sleep: 7+ hours.
  • Exercise: 30+ minutes.
  • Eating well: 30+ minutes.
  • Masturbating: ?? minutes.
