i just got slipknots new album and it wasnt as good as i was hoping for. they've gone much softer and most thier songs suck on this new album

apparently its alot different... the only song ive heard is Duality and I personally thought it was some of the best Slipknot ive ever heard. They dont have to be brutal to be a good band... but I guess I'll have to purchase their newy to be able to judge!!
