University of New England is apparently great for teaching..that's where I am hoping to go. Although that may have something to do with it being about 10 minutes away from my house..

in the end it wont matter too much ebcause you will be studying relatively the same content. whats important is finding a uni with prac work that starts early, unlike UNSW where its in your 3rd year. some people can know the content but are totally uncapable of teaching it to other people, so best off finding out in the beginning and not wasting 3 years. but any course with a high practical component is what you want at the end of the day

ACU is pretty solid for getting employment in CEO and independent schools

What I've heard is Sydney, cuz they've offered the most and has the highest ATAR requirement. What's the exact ATAR requirement for Sydney? somewhere like 85? Cuz last time I've checked it only said something like 85 point something UAI (which doesn't exist anymore...)

Just because the ATAR is high doesn't mean it's the best. USYD probably think they can stack on a few more points than is actually needed because of their reputation.

Anywhere, a course is a course, doesn't really matter where you do it. Imo anywayz.

i agree.
obviously uni's all have to have the same course, otherwise how would everyone graduate with the same qualification...? haha. i guess its just the delivery method that counts. for education courses i rekon you'd be better off going to a smaller uni. better student teacher ratio etc.

Yeah its tedious to figure out which Universities specialising in Primary Education from Secondary Education...there's a lot of diff between these teaching degrees
