Regarding the people who said that we should ask what they do in ten years time iirc the dux of some private school (and he topped the state in some commerce related subject) was the author of a Year 11 Economics textbook and it had "a bit about the author" section which said stuff like how he was a speech writer for the Prime Minister, etc.
That was Tim Dixon from Trinity Grammar who went on to speech write for Rudd and Gillard and who writes the 'Australia in the Global Economy' textbooks. Curiously, Ian Moore, an economics teacher from Trinity who writes the slightly bizarre 'Creative Economics' textbook actually taught Dixon in the HSC.
