Although slightly redundant, it looks like the car would also reduce vortex drag forces, however, pressure drag forces would dominate the air resistance force. Very well engineered. Tires seem to be of a moderate size, so a larger wheel size would increase efficiency (I think, if possible, the wheel size could be slightly larger).
