Do we do it after 9 tonight or do we just accept tonight and then do it at a later date?????? confused. need time to understand the courses.

you have the opportunity to make your timetable asap
You can do it any time really as far as I know, it's just that if you leave it too late, then some of the classes may fill up

Yeap its best if you can enrol as soon as you accept offer to maximise the chances of getting a good timetable. Although I would say more than half of the cohort won't enrol by the end of tonight haha. Some people won't understand the program or get lost with the accepting/enrolling process.

Um when my friend did it in first year I think he did

INFS1603

Some people do

ACCT1501
ECON1101
ECON1203
MGMT1001

instead though

Regardless what you do, you will still complete the same courses but in different order

Check your subjects as some might have prerequisites. That means you'd need to do the prereq in sem 1.

If you're undecided I think you should go with the core since you're going to have to do that anyway. You might regret choosing a certain elective later on.

From there, I'd suggest you pick four of the following:

Compulsory Core Courses account for 24 UOC (4 courses):

ACCT1501 Accounting & Financial Mgt 1A (6 UOC)
ECON1101 Microeconomics 1 (6 UOC)
MGMT1001 Managing Organisations&People (6 UOC)

And ONE of:

ECON1203 Business & Economic Statistics (6 UOC)
MATH1041 Stats for Life & Soc Sciences (6 UOC)

Plus three of the following flexible courses:

ACCT1511 Accounting & Financial Mgt 1B (6 UOC)
ECON1102 Macroeconomics 1 (6 UOC)
FINS1613 Business Finance (6 UOC)
MARK1012 Marketing Fundamentals (6 UOC)
TABL1710 Business and the Law (6 UOC)

taking into account prerequisites as well
