I was wondering what you guys do to take care of your face/skin? I do a few things but have never bothered with the steps. What products do you use and why? I've been a but slack with it especially because my skin is clearer now I am older and on the pill. I hear moisterising is good for keeping wrinkles at bay.

1. Facial Scrub (Biore Detoxify Daily Facial Scrub) in the shower.
2. Moisterise (Nivea Visage Young be beautiful tined moisteriser). I really should try and do this daily.

Is there anything else I should be doing if my skin is fairly clear these days?

1. Facial scrub in the shower...some Neutrogena apricot thing.

That's about it. My skin is clear-ish nowadays.

Stress causes breakouts doesn't it?

I cleanse, tone, moisturize daily. Exfoliate twice a week.

morning: cleanse with cetaphil, moisturise

evening: wash off my makeup/daily grime with dove fresh touch cleanser (the green tea and cucumber one), then exfoliate with ten oh six "one smooth operator" zinc +oat+pumice scrub

I find that cetaphil doesn't really do the job for a face of makeup is all hence the difference

I also use a st ives body scrub in the shower

I use Cetaphil gentle cleanser. If you want to keep wrinkles at bay, WEAR SUNSCREEN!

So many people forget about this step.

It makes me feel young to hear that you are six years older than me.

So, how is it like being 22?

We're sixteen. We don't need to worry about wrinkles for another 40 years.
Yes but being exposed to sun constantly at a young age can have a big impact when you're older.

I do scrubing every two or three days, and wash my face two times lol In general I do nothing special for my skin, maybe it's the reason I get acne.

I suggest girls/boys, drink lots of clean water and eat balanced diet. :)

I use Johnsons Foaming Facial wash while I'm in the shower each morning and use Johnson's Moisturising Day Cream on my face after that. On my arms and legs I use Vaseline Dry Skin moisturiser after getting out of the shower.

I hate having dry skin. Though I'm lucky I've never had a problem with acne or oily skin. I get like 2 pimples a year :)

1. cleanse with Cetaphil cleanser
2. use Biore toner
3. moisturise

--> steps 1-3 every morning & night

once a week on the weekends, i may also use a Dermalogica exfoliating scrub to get rid of dead skin cells, or sometimes one of those deep-cleansing facial masks.

Works for me :) skin has been considerably clear ever since i started the 'cleanse-tone-moisturise' regime back when i was in year 8... hm... that was 6 yrs ago

Stress definitely does. I've broken out so much over the past six weeks.
Not as bad as bad eating habits. During HSC, my skin was better than immediately after the HSC, when I went out almost everyday, ate out almost everyday, drank a bit at night etc. etc.
