how the hell did u score that one?! you're working fulltime so you're not going to uni or anything? WoW! the benefits are great although the pay could be better!
Lol, it's actually called The NAB now. :D I found out it was actually 40,000 per year. They are overpaying me at the moment. So far by 1,400. I guess it's going sweet at the moment.

I don't believe in Tafe or Uni...

I'm gonna stop complaining about work after looking at everyone else's wages.

I get $22/hr to work at a lending desk of a uni library (rather cruisy).
This semester I'm gonna do 5 hours every Sunday which is the quietest day ($38.50/hr).

Check your award, they should be paying you a buttload for doing more than 11hrs (exclusive of breaks) in one day.

I made $175 in 4 hours today. And I am expecting to get paid in the next couple days... should amount to about $1000.

The more you earn, the more they tax.

If you wanna get away tax free then try earning less than $120 grossly weekly payment, which is nothing but you get all that you worked for.

nah, you dont understand...my manager put me in the wrong tax bracket (well, told me to tick the wrong box when filling my tax info in) and so i get taxed way higher than usual.

my last weeks gross earnings was $737.5 and they taxed me a whopping $218
which in this case, was taxed at 30%. not the norm
