I go to the gym at 6:30 every morning, 40 mins of cardio and weights or occasionally I'll go to a class.

i change oil and balance wheels all day. this includes the lifting and rattling of the wheels. changing oil filters. topping up water and coolant. sweeping. and mopping. theres lots of mopping.

can you tell im a first year apprentice mechanic?

5-6 times a week gym: 40-50min Cardio (35 min on treadmil uphill incline walk/cross trainer then 10-15 min step machine); then that lifting legs cruch thing where you lift legs while doing pull ups... 50-80 reps; then crunch machine for 150reps; then pull down bar 5X20 reps.

1 day a week: badminton
1 day a week: golf
