uh my first job i was on 5 bucks an hour and that was untill i was 16 (in a newsagency)

now i work in a bakery
and get $8.80/hr mon to sat
$13.20 an hour on sundays(time and a half)
plus if u work before six in the morning u get a pastry allowance of $3.00
plus i can eat and drink watever i want while i work....i turned into a little fatty for a while but then i got used to all the pastries.....

3 or 4, depending on the exact work you're doing. Sometimes you can do less if it's voluntary, but it's one of those rules that's rarely enforced unless a complaint is made.

Casual - shortest shift = 2hrs
Part time - shortest shift = 2hrs30mins

There's also a factor of what industry your in, and if you're in retail, what nature of work it is. Sony Worldwide in NSW has a minimum of 4 hours for any casual, as a lot of casuals work in the warehouses here, and they've just made it standardised across the company.

That's good, but yes, the employment laws are weird and complex.
