I would do this:
Intro
Speech #1
Speech #2
Speech #3
Conclusion

Don't know about how effective that is.. :/

that means we won't be going into too much depth for each one?

???

Why isn't your discussion of speeches integrated by theme or technique or something? Surely it's a bit bland to just do speech, speech 2, speech 3.

ANd with integration, you can do two in dpeth and reference the third rather than equal on all and reach a greater analysis I reckon.

I'm going to put all three in a paragraph- and make three paragraphs. It means there'll only be a little bit on each one, but its easier to link that way without having to repeat yourself and waste time

my paragraphs are fairly large. tbh, i've been thinking of doing the integrating method, however, i've never tried i before and i'm not sure i'll be very successful at it. how would you guys structure your essays using the integrating method?

I would do:
Introduction - 1 paragraph = 5 mins
Speech 1 - 2 paragraphs = 10 mins
your 2nd paragraph from Speech 1 would link to your 1st paragraph in Speech 2 (same for 2 and 3)
Speech 2 - 2 paragraphs = 10 mins
Speech 3 - 2 paragraphs = 10 mins
Conclusion - 1 paragraph to tie it all together = 5 mins
