Hi, umm, does anybody know the difference between Global studies & International studies?

If so, which one do you think is better and has better job prospects.

They're both the same but I'm not sure about career prospects about both in general.

I had initially thought that aswell, but I went to the UTS open day today and how come there is a course specified just for Global Studies, and one for international studies do they study the same things?

Global Studies at UTS is a standalone course. International Studies at UTS is only available as a double degree with another course.

Usyd combines the two. I don't know about job prospects for the courses individually, but combined they can lead to a job in politics, in the UN, teaching, journalism and law if you take the add on. The job prospects depend on your major also.
