IMO.

UNSW has USYD covered in Science and Eng, probably business aswell.

UNSW engineering shits over all other engineering in Australia but I think USYD science > UNSW science.

Hey guys, i want to know whats the best uni considering all aspects e.g technology, teachers, facilities, general atmosphere(friendliness of people?? i dont know). Im considering a commerce course but dont know where to go. I live in Sydney so tons of unis to choose from

Also, UNSW commerce > USyd commerce but i'm not sure about eco/business etc etc.

Law is up to debate as UNSW apparently better than USyd but there's still the 200yr+ prestige that USyd has XD

Overall in Australia, ANU is the best. But who wants to go to uni in a hole?

JiaoTong rankings are probably your best bet in terms of academic rankings, but student satisfaction/atmosphere are a lot harder to measure.

Sikhman knows what he is talking about. In terms of prestige, I think harvard does it.

I would go for ANU if you are considering Law/Commerce because apparently ANU is best in Law/Politics department
