Im just about to start yr 12 and Im very interested is becoming a registered psychologist's however I don't want to be stuck in the one field for the rest of my life for example I don't want to be in an office for the rest of my life waiting for clients to come in, even though it would be great but I also want to do forensic psychology as well, plus work with the youth. I want to do psychology in all fields. So my question is what University and what program/course would be the best for me??

UNSW offers a Masters in forensic psychology as far as I know. Either way, it doesn't really matter much which university you go to for undergrad when it comes to psychology, because you can choose a different university to apply to once you reach postgrad. You should probably do some research since it isn't really plausible that you want to do "psychology in all fields" as Masters in psychology is often more specific than that, i.e. you can choose between clinical (this is the clients thing you mentioned), neuro, research, health and etc. psychology. If you're really keen on working with the youth, just getting a Bachelor in psychology should be sufficient (or doing a Bachelor related to social work).

^ this.

I'm in Year 12 and planning to apply to BPsych at UNSW. Psych at Masters level are more specific - at UNSW they offer Clinical Psych and Forensic Psych (Organisational seems to not be offered this year). Unless you just do a Bachelor/with Honours, you will end up having to select a more specialised field.

Since you're going into Year 12, the best bit of advice I can offer you is to do research, LOTS of research. Research a bunch of unis and look at their structures. Do they have a quota for honours? Also look at Masters applications if that's something you're considering. Any MPsych is really competitive (according to UNSW, they receive a 'couple hundred' applications a year for <20 positions), what are the application processes? Will they prefer it if you have work experience? Go to open days and ask real questions, not stuff you can find easily online.

I just said a lot, hope I didn't scare you :)

exit at honours year if you want to be accredited in generalised psych stuff but not specialised if that's what you are getting at? Otherwise...just specialise in forensics or whatever by continuing on past honours into masters/phd etc

maybe this is not what you are asking though so...

But which uni you go to depends entirely on you...reasearch each one specific to your own need bc nobody else can really decide that for you; definetly don't go to a uni just bc your friends are also there - look at what different degrees offer etc
